NHL Conspiracy Exposed!!

Our game has undergone its fair share of bumps and bruises in the last few months. From shady owners, to league-backed lawsuits, to overpaid defensemen, the NHL has done an admirable job of bouncing back. Until now. There is no telling how far the repurcussions of this newly uncovered conspiracy will be felt.

Of course, we are talking about Babydoll-Gate.

For those unaware, PuckDaddy put his detective hat on and discovered that  Alyssa Milano’s new line of NHL clothing is not available for every fan.

Ok, let’s back up. In case you didn’t know Alyssa Milano has her own line of NHL-themed women’s clothing. Stuff like shirts, hoodies and babydolls are availabe at the NHL Shop.

So here’s the conspiracy part: The items are only available in the following teams:Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Montreal Canadiens, New Jersey Devils, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Washington Capitals, Anaheim Ducks, Colorado Avalanche, Detroit Red Wings and San Jose Sharks.

So WTF am I supposed to do if I want a St-Louis Blues babydoll for my girlfriend?!! Hahahaha…. I couldn’t keep a straight face for that one. As if I have a girlfriend.

I also had a joke lined up about how she’s only including teams that she’s had “personal experience” with but to be honest, I still remember what her dad did when she was kidnapped in Commando so I’m going to tread lightly on this one. Instead I’m going to make the observation that, having been to Boston several times, I’m guessing that the Bruins babydolls don’t come any smaller than XXL. (Booyah!!)
